Our family has a tradition: we are preparing for an unusual weekend lunch. My mom always is specialized in fish: she bakes it makes minced fish or soup. My dad cooks meats: lamb, pork or chicken. And I with my older sister always bake something sweet: apple pie with apples, pies with cherry jam or pound cake.When the weekend comes to us grandmother, she loves to cook jelly or homemade sausages. I love how she cooks because it natural and delicious.But such an unusual weekend dinners do not always turn out, because my dad every month goes on a business trip for important negotiations and there is sometimes delayed for one to two weeks.
