The English see themselves as law-abiding , polite, generous , gallant , stable and fair. They are also incredibly proud of their usual self-deprecating humor , considering it an absolute proof of his generosity.The British have an innate distrust of that stranger , and especially foreign . And it should be remembered that in a certain sense "other country" for an Englishman begins at the opposite end of the street on which he lives. Rest of the world perceive the English as a playground , where they interact some teams - groups of people, each with their own traditions and culture - and all of this can be seen from either side and have fun, or use for their own benefit , or just write off as unnecessary - a depending on the wishes. Only to members of one or two nations are experiencing a kind of British kindred feelings.
