In drawing up the menu for each day you need to consider the following things:
1.Products should include the approximate ratio of the combination of proteins, fats and carbohydrates 30/15/55 .
2 . Products on different days of the week should be varied .
3 . Calorie intake should be not much high ( limit of calories can be calculated on the basis of body weight)
4 . In the menu there should be insalubrious foods containing transfats and harmful additives such as E150d or Е211
5 . Breakfast should be rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates, lunch should be complex, and for dinner only proteins must be included
6. On the day should be at least 5 meals ( less is better , but more often)
