Well, you asked me if I like junk food and how often do I eat it. I don't eat it, actually. At all. Once I promised myself not to eat so called "fast food". I haven't eaten it for two years and I feel perfect! If speaking about staying healthy, I prefer eating boiled and stewed food instead of fried. I eat a lot of various fruits, vegetables. All in all, my ration is balanced and it includes all necessary micronutrients. But the diet is not the only thing that you should follow to keep fit and be healthy. Without doing sport you'll look like a vegetable, either too thin or too fat. Particularly in Russia teenagers like playing football, basketball, voleyball, but especially football. Also boxing, kick-boxing and other fighting sports are popular here.
By the way, here's some things I want to ask you. Do you like cooking? If you do, than what's your favorite meal? And do you like to experiment with food?
