To prepare, we need:

For the test:
- 220 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbsp of milk
For the filling:
- 3 pieces of apples
- 2 pcs. the eggs
- 1/2 pieces of lemon juice
- 200 g of honey
- vanilla to taste
- cinnamon to taste
- nutmeg to taste
- 1 tbsp flour

How to prepare:

1. Cold butter chop and mix with a flour, to make a blend, similar to the bread crumbs. Add the egg, milk, a pinch of salt and knead the dough. Build it into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. Roll out the dough, put it in the form, having formed the sides, and with a fork. Wash apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Spread the fruits on the surface of the test. Put in heated to 180 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix honey (if it is thick, it should kindle in a water bath), lemon juice, eggs, flour and spices.
4. Pour over hot cake filled and put in the oven for another half an hour. Cool on a wire grid, and serve.
