I try to eat healthy foods. Because junk food can harm my health. What would be the true test is always necessary to eat healthy but most people eat when they want. And it's wrong.
I think food should be taken four times a day and small portions.
I think in order to eat properly you need to respect the basic rule: there must always beat one and the same time. Throughout the day we work, move, spend a lot of energy while working out. And all of this lost energy needed to replenish the body. In so doing, it helps fats and carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are found in potatoes, bread, cereals and other vegetables.
Our bodies need vitamins. We must help ourselves and on the advice of a doctor to take special complexes.
